Our Bridge-Building pillar brings people together to foster understanding, trust, and connection across our community. Through healthy dialogue, collaboration, and mutual respect, we work to break down barriers and strengthen relationships. Bridge Building Programming

  • Welcoming Communities Conference

    A conference focused on providing professionals and community leaders a forum for awareness, dialogue, and skill-building to create welcoming and inclusive environments within their agencies and communities.

  • Inclusion and Belonging Workshops

    The belonging workshops are a continuation of the learning that is done at the Welcoming Communities Conference. These workshops are held throughout the year.

  • Bring Back Traditions

    The goal of this program is to bring in cultural experts that can teach cultural traditions, Lakota language, and arts to the next generation of our Native American community members.

  • Panhandle Multicultural Festival

    An evening to celebrate all the beautiful culture that make up our Panhandle community through cultural performances and cultural booths with traditional food samples, crafts, activities, and much more!
