Anthony Warrior is the Indianpreneurship Director at Nebraska Indian Community College. He works with Native American entrepreneurs and youth. He is also a notable chef and owns his own catering business. He will join us to provide a traditional cooking demonstration, using indigenous ingredients. He will also share about the symbolism and ritual involved with traditional Native American cooking methods.
